Job Opening Near Ottawa: Admin Assistant for Generator Servicing Company

We’re hiring an administrative assistant to work part-time at our office near Ottawa (Almonte).  If you’re interested in straightforward work, some flexibility in hours, and a laid-back environment, then this job is probably for you.

 

Some examples of what you’d do here:

  • Schedule jobs and consults with new customers
  • Schedule periodic servicing with customers on our maintenance program
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Reply to emails
  • Order supplies
  • Wrangle receipts
  • Take photos and videos in the field (we install, repair, and service generators around Ottawa)

Plus, we’re interested to know what you’re good at that might make our day-to-day operations a little easier.

 

By the way, this is an in-person position.  Working from home can have its benefits, and it’s something we can maybe incorporate once you’ve got your sea legs here.  In any event, sometimes you just want to go to your office, earn your $$, leave work at your place of work, and not feel like you’re on-call 24/7.
