If you know what make and model of generator you’d like, or at least the size (e.g. 22kW), we can probably give you a rough ballpark number over the phone, but we’d much rather look at it in-person, so we can understand the specifics of your situation and give you an estimate that’s very unlikely to change.  We’ll look at where your generator will go or where your existing unit is set up.  We’ll look at your panel and your gas hookup.  We’ll see how any neighbors might be affected.  And so on – you get the idea.  Measure twice, cut once.

 

With us, there are no switcheroos or other unpleasant surprises.  You already know what we do for a living: we install, fix, and maintain generators.  Of course, we hope to work with you, but we don’t lay it on thick.  Nobody benefits if you get a service or product you don’t need.  Also, nobody becomes a generator technician to get rich.  We’re in this line of work because we think self-sufficient power is useful and cool, and because we’re good at keeping your lights on and keeping your standard of living somewhere in the 21st Century.

 

By the way, we’ll let you know if your issue might require only a quick fix that we can tell you over the phone and that you can try safely and easily.  There usually isn’t “whack the side of the TV” trick, but occasionally there is one that can save us both some time.
